| Indhold: |
The course will consist of a combination of dissertation seminar, individual supervision and group meetings to present, discuss and analyse selected non-Chinese and Chinese texts on the basis of the specific topics chosen by the teachers and the participants. It will include 2 and some 3 hour sessions involving reading and discussions of non-Chinese and Chinese texts and 2 hours of Modern Chinese conversation based on the texts read. There will also be an opportunity to practice translation. Possible topics: The philosophical, historical and social contextualization of “guanxi”; “guanxi”, negotiations and political communication in China; philosophical traditions and business philosophy in China. Advanced BA students are welcome to participate. |
