| Formål: |
Computer-based methods play a decisive role in microbiology, biotechnology and pharmaceutical research. Major international sequence and structure data bases contain information which may frequently replace experimental work. In other cases, the data serve to increase the yield of the experimental resources used. The objective of the course is to build students' knowledge of a range of new methods for structure and sequence analysis
