To give students a thorough understanding of gene structure, gene expression and regulation, and mechanisms fundamental to cell differentiation

Examination type: a one-hour oral examination consisting of a PowerPoint® presentation of the student’s cellular biology project followed by a discussion and examination of the project, concluding with a general examination on the syllabus.
