| Indhold: |
The purpose of this course is to outline the formation and contents of a series of God-related theories about self and identity rooted either in an observed kinship or in the observation of contrasts or, as often seen, defined by both kinship and contrasts between man and God/divinity. The course is based on selected readings of Plato, Aristotle, Seneca, Plotinus, Augustine, Thomas Aquinas, William of Ockham and Nicholas of Cusa. Each session will consist in a 45-60 minute lecture, followed by time for questions and answers and individual exam counseling. A compendium will be available for purchase from Publikom. |
