| Indhold: |
Focusing on specific relevant themes, the course offers an interdisciplinary introduction to research design and diverse research methods of data collection and analysis across a broad spectrum of the humanities and social sciences. Students will be familiarized with empirical methods of data collection as well as with methods used for text-based research, and will assess the advantages and limitations of qualitative and quantitative approaches. They will also be introduced to trends and patterns in the use of various research methods, to diverse terms, concepts, and techniques as well as ethical issues accompanying research. |
