Indhold: Europe is a complex entity both as a geographical, historical and cultural phenomenon. This course represents a spectrum of viewpoints on a European identity/non-identity, on its self-knowledge, memories and repressions, on its both hegemonic and empathetic character, and not least on the relations between these items and its art forms, its visual representations, and its institutionalization of an art scene. Eksamensform: "Kurset udbydes på KA-niveau som Modul 12, alternativt 13, med henholdsvis skriftlig eller mundtlig eksamen, eller som modul 14, alternativt 11, med henholdsvis mundtlig eller skriftlig eksamen. Der gøres opmærksom på, at tager man modul 12, skal den skriftlige opgave allerede afleveres medio december, dvs. kort efter afslutning af kursus."
