Indonesian Prop C is a one-semester course in which 50 pages of Indonesian texts will be read. Students will gain the confidence and ability to read such materials by learning useful strategies and techniques, including grammatical analysis, and through exposure to different kinds of language, writing styles, and subject matter. While oral skills will also be a part of the course, emphasis will be on reading, comprehension, and translation. Vocabulary building, structural pattern recognition, and reading fluency will be important points of focus. |
